HR Recruitments Internship Interview and OnBoarding Procedure
We are going to assign you the small activity in order to qualify you for the Interview, we have more applications for HR interns then we expected, we need to shrink this to 20 Interns maximum. Hence please complete this activity to get shortlisted.
- Create a separate Gmail ID like [email protected] ( remember at the end of the internship you have to submit this email back to the company)
- Create an Indeed Account and facebook Account with this email ID, Create a Linkedin Account and 4 more free job posting website.
- You have to forward all Gmail email responses ( You can learn how to forward all Gmail responses online on youtube) to the ID [email protected]
- We will send you all the jobs that we have every night, that you need to post next day in your respective accounts like Indeed, Fb groups, Linkedin etc
- You need to ensure that CV that they are sending is complete with all information, you have to guide them to fill complete details in the CV.
- You have to ask them to visit our office for Interview for various different profiles on a daily basis.
- We are hiring for various positions like International and Domestic BPO, Models, Travel company, For IT companies, For Field Boys etc
- Minimum 6 hours for Part-Time, 9 Hours for Full time – work @ home – Stipend 4k to 5K, Certificate of Internship and Recommendation letter
- For Office HR recruiters 9 hours job – 4K to 9K, certificate of Internship, Recommendation Letter
- All the Hirings currently we are doing is for Delhi (NCR) locations, so you have to hire candidates from these areas
- We will update you about jobs via Whatsapp Group, Skype Group and Emails – you will start your work immediately
- This internship comes with the preplacement Offer, after your successful Internship we will offer you a Full time or Work@ home job on the company payroll
